Hello Ben !!Help help help Just came across ur blog as Im trying to fix an issue I have backuping up my Iphone..Error message ” Itune could not perfom backup, Iphone refused the request :(.. Im running a windows 7 and I have lost all of my contacts ( new phone)…Can u please help ??? Thanks 🙂
